about
I grew up on a farm in Myocum with an orchard that fed most of our table, food came from trees, the ground, or someone we knew. Life was barefoot and a little feral, bareback horse riding, kids, swimming, picking fruit from trees and long days outside.
That rhythm shaped how I cook and how I think about wellness now. I’m not interested in rules or restriction. I've learned that nourishment comes from good food, grown well, eaten with pleasure and respect for the land.
My parents were deep into permaculture during my childhood and these values were instilled in me almost like they were the keys to a revolution. My parents were rebellious and fun, always gathering, always entertaining. I learned early that feeding people is an act of care and creativity. Watching my mum effortlessly host a dinner party like it was an ancient practice that lived in her bones is what shaped my love for cooking and gathering.
Alongside cooking, I make art exploring the body, desire, and pleasure. The two practices are deeply entwine, both are ways of inhabiting the body and saying yes to being here.
I was born in Santa Fe, raised in Australia, and now move between the two. Wherever I am, I’m interested in gathering people, setting a table, and making something that feels good. No rules. Just presence.

about
fat salt sugar
Fat Salt Sugar is a food studio built around seasonal cooking, shared tables, and the pleasure of eating well. It started as a quiet rebellion against diet culture, rigid food rules, and overly polished dining experiences. Here, food is generous, sensual, and meant to be enjoyed slowly. Nourishment for the body, but also for the moment.
Fat Salt Sugar is not only about cooking. It is also about hosting, event curation, and the full experience of gathering. Each event is approached holistically, from the flow of the room to the energy at the table. We care as much about how people feel as what they are eating.
The work takes many forms, including supper clubs, private dinners, grazing tables, boutique catering, special collaborations, and larger-scale event design. The intention remains the same.
At its heart, Fat Salt Sugar looks back to the oldest ritual we know: Gathering around food that feels alive.
